Managing your Stack Mobile Account

Yes, Stack Mobile offers a mobile app for both Apple and Android devices.
Simply go to your App Store and search for “StackMobile” and you will find our app.

Once you become a customer with Stack Mobile, you will be given access to the Stack Mobile Portal where you can see all prior transactions and manage your account, including the ability to change, upgrade, renew, add-to and more.

Our mobile apps provide you with the key features you need to manage and monitor your mobile plan. This includes a view to your current plan and the monthly consumption to-date; the ability to TopUp with data, if needed; as well as a view to your renewal expectations.
Note, data usage information may take up to 24 hours to update.

You pay your bill at time of purchase and if you would like to setup or change for Auto Renewal, you can do that within the Stack Mobile mobile app or in the Stack Mobile Customer Portal available through most browsers. You can also see all previous billings/payments via these same channels.

Sometimes, a customer may determine that their plan is not the right one for them. If you find this is the case, please notify us at support@stackmobile.com and we will work with you to determine the right one and help with the transition.
Also, note that Stack Mobile will notify the customer as you near your time to renew so you can review your usage.

You are initially enrolled in Auto Renewal when you initially pay for your Stack Mobile services. If you would like to change your credit card for future renewals or cancel your service at the end of the current term, please notify us at support@stackmobile.com and we will assist you with that process.

A customer can reset their password via the Stack Mobile Portal or from within the Stack Mobile mobile app.

Stack Mobile offers a pre-paid service. You will prepay your bill for multiple months (and enjoy the savings) at time of purchase.
As you near the end of your prepaid term, you will receive information about your next auto-renewal payment and can make changes at that time, if needed.

Customers can contact Stack Mobile via our StackChat bot (bottom right of page) in our Stack Portal, you can send us an email to support@stackmobile.com or you may drop us a note via the Contact Us page.

Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time which will stop all future renewals and will cancel service at the end of your prepaid period.

We never want to lose a valued Stack Mobile community member, but if you really want to go, you can cancel your plan by sending us an email at support@stackmobile.com or connect with us via our StackChat bot in the Stack Mobile Customer Portal.
