  • Your number is more than welcome at Stack Mobile. Just be sure to have your Billing Zip Code, Account Number, and Number Transfer PIN (Note: Varies by carrier) from your current carrier.

  • Choose from our 2GB, 10GB, 20GB, or Unlimited data plans. You can pick 3 or 12 months (the more months you buy, the lower your monthly rate and the more crypto rewards you earn!).

  • The world is changing and so are our phones.  Many phones now support eSIM, allowing for quick activation and updates.  If yours does not, we can still provide physical SIMs to enable the transition.

  • Check our website and use our step-by-step instructions to activate your physical SIM or eSIM quickly. (Activate your Line) This is also where you’ll transfer your phone number or get a new one. When transferring multiple lines to Stack Mobile, activate them one by one, making sure to activate the primary account holder’s line first to avoid any disruptions to your account or service.

A Few Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. Can I get a new number with Stack Mobile

    Yes, you can bring your old number over to Stack Mobile or we can provide you with a new one. And, if you phone supports dual eSIMs, you can also add a second (new) number to the same phone!

  2. When should I cancel my existing service?

    You should not cancel your old service until you have successfully transferred your old number over to Stack Mobile. This is automatically performed as part of the transfer (port) process when activating with Stack Mobile.

  3. How soon will my service start after I activate my phone with Stack Mobile?

    For a new number, the service with Stack Mobile will start within minutes of activation. However, if you are moving a current number from another service provider, the service with Stack Mobile typically will start within 24 hours after activation. You will receive an update at time of activation and another when the migration to Stack Mobile is completed.
