  • Everyone is different, so it is best to understand your recent data usage as well as your usage profile.

    You can find your data usage within your current mobile carrier applications or on their website. However, there is also an easy step to check just by making a no-cost call.

    • For current Verizon users, you can dial #3282 from your phone to get an update on your current data usage.

    • For AT&T users, dial *3282# for data usage information.

    • For TMobile, dial #932# for related information.

  • Definitely not! Stack Mobile offers our customers prepaid plans which are only 3 months long.  Over the coming months, we will be adding 12-month plans as well which will have lower costs per month and will earn you extra Crypto Cashback at time of purchase.

    Of course, once you join the Stack Mobile community, we are sure you will want to stick around!

  • You only need 2 phone lines to sign-up for a Family Plan. As a Family Plan member, you will be able to manage all phones from the primary account, get the added benefit of extra Crypto Cashback, and also see additional savings on add-on products.

  • Yes, our service will switch between 5G & 4G LTE, whichever signal is stronger and as long as your phone supports it. High-performance speed with first-class performance!

  • Though we do not have any introductory pricing, our plan prices are so low, they may feel like introductory rates.

  • Yes, Family Plans are available to allow you to manage multiple phones from a single account and enjoy the savings and extra rewards that come with it.

  • Our plans are competitively priced to save you money up front while you also get Crypto Cashback each time you pre-pay for your plan.

    Currently, our low-data 2GB plans start at just $17/mo with the 2GB SmartWatch plan only $15/mo. And, don’t forget that the 2GB plan will also get you over $5 in Crypto Cashback after the purchase and activation of your plan.

  • Stack Mobile offers a 2GB data plan with unlimited talk and text, which is extra low in price. It is a great plan for the customer who doesn’t do video streaming on their phone.

  • Yes, you can change plans to better meet your needs at any time. With plans as low as 2GB and up to Unlimited, our plans are designed to meet the broad needs of our customers. However, note that any remaining time/usage from your initial plan will be lost and you will instead start the new plan immediately upon initiation.

  • You are able to change your plans at renewal time without any additional costs. If you determine that you need to change mid-cycle, you can make the move but will forfeit any remaining usage on your old plan.

    Simply contact our Customer Contact team via support@stackmobile.com or through our StackChat bot and we can assist with this change.

  • Yes, renew your plan and keep your same low monthly rate. And, don’t forget, you will also get your Crypto Cashback again!

  • Our plans are prepaid for three months (twelve months coming soon) at a time and are priced to save you money, so we don't bill you monthly.

  • Unlike many carriers, Stack Mobile provides you all the details needed to understand your true costs AND your highly-valued benefits. In addition to the base cost of the plan you choose, we also have Taxes required by national and local governments, a Recovery Fee and any Shipping and Handling Fees which may be applicable. These costs and also the rewards are clearly broken out for you to find the right plan, understand all costs and make the choice to start saving and earning by joining the Stack Mobile community.

  • You are initially enrolled in Auto Renewal when you initially pay for your Stack Mobile services. If you would like to change your credit card for future renewals or cancel your service at the end of the current term, please notify us at support@stackmobile.com and we will assist you with that process.

  • Yes, unlimited talk and text across the nation is covered in all Stack Mobile phone plans.  And our SmartWatch plans, though not unlimited, include a significantly high limit of minutes and SMS texts. 

  • Yes, Stack Mobile does offer an "Unlimited" data plans. That plan provides 35GB of high-speed data each month and then reduces performance rates after that, but allows you to continue to use your phone until the next month.

  • We will provide you an alert prior to running out of data and if you need a little more, you can add 1GB or 3GB to get you to the end of the month.

    And, with an Unlimited plan, if you do use all of your high-performance data, though you will experience slower data speeds, we will never charge overages or cut you off.

    If you decide that you need more data, you can easily add it either through your Stack Mobile mobile app or through the Stack Mobile Portal.

  • Stack Mobile provides activation and service in all 48 contiguous mainland states, plus Hawaii. We also support Puerto Rico. You are also able to call all 50 US states as well as Puerto Rico.

    As with all cellular service, coverage is based on location. Please check our Coverage Map to better understand how Stack Mobile will be able to support your cellular needs.

  • Though we currently do not offer International Long Distance, we plan to provide that to our customers around the middle of 2025.

    For our Unlimited customers, there will be no additional costs for this service when we enable it, as it will be included in your cost.

  • Stack Mobile does not support international roaming at this time.

  • As a pre-paid offering, Stack Mobile does not support roaming.

  • Yes, you can bring your old number over to Stack Mobile or we can provide you with a new one.

  • Yes, with Stack Mobile, you are able to use up to half of your data plan (15GB for Unlimited Plan) to provide tethering or hot-spotting services for other devices. Any data used will be applied to your purchased monthly limit.

  • Yes, with all of our voice plans, Wi-Fi calling is enabled.
